Haven't made it past the first 10 but did recognize the ATM fee. My credit union has a fee re-reimbursement if you produce your DD214 form showing that you are a veteran. Works all over the country as I've found out in my travels.
Consequently, I use ATM's on a regular basis whether drawing out $10 or a couple of hundred.

Many do a set number, no limit is very good.
A few years ago I was with a Bank that did that.
And the same day!
