Saw the map, with it moving through.
Thought you to be on Northern edge. As I will be if it makes it, they said maybe 2", but with up to 20mph winds it may blow it self right by.

Mini Clipper on the way, followed by or first below Zero days of the season.
A benefit of which will be fewer ice rescues.
Atv, side by sides, snowmobiles ice houses, even small planes have gone through.

Henry, a clipper? Oh no. That's the sort of snow storm you folks in MN insist on sending to PA. Above usual temps been going on here, 30s during the day instead of 10 or less.

As part of current event we have been under dangerous weather warning. Just got alerts on Amazon devices, and phones, tv station apps that alert is extended until 9pm cst, again if wind as my Mother used to say doesn't lay down.

Henry, high wind alerts here too till 9 pm today. Gusts up to 60 mph. Then followed by low temps for about a week. Lowest this winter, like teens during the day & single digits overnight. Maybe below zero. Not much snow, just light showers some days. Weather man using terms like frigid & Arctic air.

To cold in the upper atmosphere for meaningful snow, moisture can't transition.

Henry, yeah, that can happen. I've said to folks at times concerned that it was going snow, "It's too cold to snow" which had them looking puzzled.
