Ted, certainly a nice tribute. On my end though I didn't hear any song. Is there somewhere I need to click-on that I missed?

It would appear that your browser does not read/hear the standard html5 audio with autoplay <audio autoplay> <source src="http://www.geocities.ws/curlykid/rem/I_remember.mp3" type="audio/mpeg"> Your browser does not support the audio element. </audio>
this is an audio test with controls added which in my opinion detracts from page artistry d21c.com/leprofesseur/temp/control.htmlThe only solution, I see, is to add this play image d21c.com/leprofesseur/dart/play.gifand have it point to the audio file.

Ted, I agree that a Play Music icon would distract from the ambience of your creation.
I got curious as to why the music wouldn't play. My browser is Firefox. My media player is VLC. Researched the trouble for both.
Firefox Support states: Current Firefox versions use the built-in HTML5 media player to play MP3 files.
It seems that the glitch is with VLC which has a problem with lagging on the MP3 format. In other words, it's slow to load that type of file.
The fix involves going into VLC's Advanced Settings & tinkering around with those. But I'm not comfortable with doing that.
