When it comes to filling your grocery cart with the healthiest foods, careful label reading is critical. Yet even the savviest shoppers can be fooled by some of the claims found on the front of food packages. And that is intentional.
In some cases, the claims are factually true, but still can be quite misleading. Here are some claims to ignore.

Read online that if one change is made to imported beef, repackaging say smaller, or slicing. It can have a USA marking.

Bought OJ USA & Brazil concentrate used. So I wonder if OJ in Brazil is the opposite?

Henry, speaking of Brazil: I often buy corned beef for making corned beef & cabbage.
And I've noted that it always comes from Brazil. Seems odd to me that I've not seen any made here in the U.S.
