Are you thinking about cutting the cord from the cable company but are worried about keeping access to local channels?
Zeam is a free streaming service that could keep you up-to-date with access to content from local news stations around the United States.

I thought of you with this, Some free streaming apps want you to hand over information like your name, email address or location. Others want you to log in and make another username and password combination.
And the fact that a device, app was not a must.
Not for it's vast amount of content.

Henry, seems you're referring to my strict policy of my not submitting personal info for a service unless absolutely necessary.
Not only do I go by that online but in my personal life as well. For example: when a cashier at a retailer requests my phone number. Or a self-checkout wants to send my receipt to my e-mail. Nope, not happening.
