This topic is not political, per se. It is basically about the fact that our last 2 presidents are in the 80 year old range - and one of them is likely to be elected again!
I personally feel that is a bit too old. Plus, if re-elected, their choices for Vice President becomes even more relevant. (Would anybody have chosen Pamela Harris to be president?)
Even worse, if re-elected, they will be really, really, too old.
What do you think?

In what way, Hank? Please explain. Oh, and thanks for changing Pamala to Kamala. Methinks her parents made up that name! Or maybe it is a common name in some other country.

Pete hit something. ( messaged me )
I should be able to come close.
Sandy asked, Yes, the age rings back most times to their local electorate.
In most cases the elected official keeps getting re-elected no matter what.
Your senator Richardson, LA, Kennedy, IA Grassley, VT Sanders, KY McConnell. Come to mind. Oh and the one from CA that died.
Kamala is a story! But so many boxes are checked that swapping her out probably couldn't ever happen.
The not putting both a lower and upper age in the Constitution may have roots in only old men were there, and the thought of not knowing when to be done serving was not something that would have occurred. It was serving not an Occupation.

Hank wrote: "Right! No business would hire 80 year old men." I think Trump is also 79 or 80 years old - although he doesn't look, or walk/talk, that old.
btw: I'd like to see a much younger man in the White House. maybe 45 or 50 years old.

The senator from California that died was Diane Feinstein. Nancy Pelosi, long, longtime Speaker of the House, is likely at, or near, 90 years old.
