iOS 17.4 is a huge update, full of new features and security enhancements.
iOS 17.4 is out, and while that seems like a pretty in-between-sounding version number, it is, in fact, the biggest update since iOS 17.0 debuted last year—and one of the weirdest iOS releases ever.

It was one of Apple's "updates" that crippled my computer. I now ignore any message I receive that a new update is available. It usually reads, "Do you want to take it now or later tonight." I mutter "never" or "stuff it!" and don't take it.

Sandy, can't blame you there.
I've got to wonder though if a new update may actually get your Mac running well again?

Pete, I wouldn't count on it. I've rejected several since the evil one. and I have to believe that the newest "update" builds on those. In other words, I'm gonna leave bad enough alone!

I expect Sandy's mac can't take any more, surprised it wasn't remotely killed.
