If you’re a senior who’s wondered if your age merits you a deal — or if you’re just tired of paying too much for cell phone service — you’ll be pleased to learn there are several great options without sacrificing service.
In fact, some major wireless providers offer affordable plans specifically for people who are 55 and older. But which service offers the best cell phone plan for seniors?

I'm one of the only people I know who doesn't own a cell phone. I still have a land line - and barely use that!!

Sandy, I've got both types of phones. However, I rarely use my cellphone. It stays in my Jeep's glove box in case I need roadside assistance or need to call home when I'm out & about alone.
My landline phone I frequently use but mostly for business calls, like calling my insurance agent or my bank. I rarely make personal phone calls & folks who know me know that I'm not a phone-talker so they don't call me either.
We use e-mail instead.

Paul, I too have a Tracfone. Which IMO is the best cell phone plan. Only costs me $20 every 3 months to add minutes.
