In MS v. Gregg, this expert witness under state questioning testified that Carly does not meet the state's standard for insanity. He further testified about a drug screen that tested positive for cannabinoids.

Court TV hosts Michael Ayala and Ashley Willcott had an interesting take on how the jury will react to the two expert witnesses. The doctor who testified during the defense case or the doctor who just testified in the state's rebuttal case. They believe the last witness may prevail best.
I agree! I think it goes back to the idea of primacy and recency. It's as simple as that.
