My first time using a double monitor. I picked up a Dell Desktop computer (Windows Vista Home Premium) the other day from one of my boss's rental houses. The person disappeared and left allot of stuff behind. I tried earlier today to get the desktop going but it just said there was no monitor signal and just showed a black screen, so I plugged the monitor into my laptop and it's working fine. I may take the case off of the desktop and see what i can see a little later but for now I'm just playing around with two monitors.

Byron, playing around with gadgets is always interesting. Fun, even.
Appropriate to the holiday there's a black cat in the scene. Could be its juju made the screen go black.

Byron, reminds me of one of my favorite things to do, re-purpose old and/or broken things to make 'em useful again in some other way. We've got a scarp metal pile at work made up of things discarded by mall store owners that I like to look thru & consider--hmm, what could I make out of this thing here?

Not Beau Beau. so vid card was secure, or not separate no connectors undone. Everything looked good last night when I was checking it. Also the wifi light wasn't coming on either on the back of the tower. I'll check it out some more before I finally pull the hard drive. I'd really like to get it going but it's ok if I don't. I'd probably install Linux on it if I got it going.
